What areas do you serve?

 

We proudly serve Bloomington-Normal and the surrounding communities in Central Illinois.

What are your service hours?

 

Standard appointments are scheduled during regular business hours of 8 am and 4 pm. We do, however, offer 24/7 Emergency Services.

How does pricing work?

 

All service calls are a flat $175, which includes inspection and diagnostic checks, and covers the first hour of labor. Additional hours are charged at the same flat rate. (Parts, materials, and equipment not included in flat rate.)

Do you provide estimates?

 

After inspection and diagnostics check, we will provide clear options and written estimates before proceeding with any work.

Which systems and brands do you service?

 

We service most major brands and models for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and indoor air quality equipment. If you have a specialty system, let us know the make and model in advance.

Do you offer maintenance?

 

We perform seasonal inspection and maintenance for HVAC systems, generators, and other systems. 

How quickly can you schedule my service?

 

Our schedule fills up fast for installations of Radon Mitigation Systems so it may take a couple of weeks to get one scheduled with us but most non-emergency appointments for all other services can usually be scheduled within a few business days, depending on demand and parts availability.

Is your work guaranteed?

 

We stand behind our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment; labor coverage is detailed on your estimate or invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept common payment methods. If you have specific requirements, please contact our office before your appointment.

Can weather affect my radon mitigation system?

Yes, the system can face many challenges due to weather. For example, in the Winter months, extreme cold can cause moisture to freeze inside the exterior vent pipe. This stress can cause the fan motor to burn out. If you notice any unusual sounds coming from your system, please do not hesitate to call us. We will walk you through steps to take in order to prevent a costly repair bill.
